What happens during a session
Each session begins with a brief check-in to clarify what you would like to address.
From there, we work together in real time as underlying patterns are identified and released.
You don’t need to figure anything out or “do it right.” You can simply relax, breathe, and stay present. You’re welcome to share what you’re noticing, or just allow the process to unfold.
As patterns release, your system processes and reorganizes naturally—without needing to revisit or analyze the past.
Sessions are calm, structured, and paced according to your system’s capacity.
For animals
Animal sessions are completed remotely and do not require your pet to be present. After the session, you’ll receive a summary of what was addressed, with the option for a follow-up if you’d like to review or ask questions.
