My Path Into This Work

I work with people and animals to help shift the underlying patterns that keep physical, emotional, or behavioral issues in place.
I didn’t come into this work through natural intuitive gifts. For much of my life, I felt out of sync with others and unsure how to connect.
This work was shaped by a steady curiosity about healing and a growing awareness that something deeper was influencing the body, emotions, and patterns people were living with.
As a Registered Nurse, I began in fast-paced hospital settings where decisions had to be made quickly and clearly.
There were moments when something quieter and more precise would guide the next step in care. I learned to recognize and trust that signal, even in high-pressure environments.
Later, I moved into pediatric rehabilitation case management and then into pediatric rehabilitation home care, where I worked closely with individuals over time.
Over the years, I began to notice something I couldn’t ignore.
Some people improved, and some didn’t, even when they were following the same guidance. That question stayed with me and began to shape the direction of my work.
That curiosity deepened in the early 1980s when I lived and worked at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston. I observed people engaging deeply with raw foods, sprouts, greens, and wheatgrass. Some experienced profound improvement, while others did not.
What stood out was this: when inner beliefs shifted, often with the support of the counselor on staff, physical improvements frequently deepened as well. Many people experienced meaningful changes, even after years of discouragement with conventional care.
What I witnessed there changed my understanding. Healing was not something imposed from the outside. It was something already present, emerging when the body, mind, and environment were properly supported.
As the years went on, this understanding continued to evolve. I was influenced by additional frameworks that helped articulate what I had already observed. I applied these principles in my own life and saw consistent, tangible results.
After more than 40 years as a Registered Nurse and over 20 years working in real estate, I have come to see how both internal patterns and external environments shape well-being. Like many practitioners, I initially explored energy-based work, including Reiki, as part of my own healing.
Over time, I found the methods that now provide structure for my work. These approaches offer a grounded way to work with the body and subconscious patterns in a way that is steady, reliable, and free from guesswork.
A later medical incident became a lived initiation. It deepened my understanding of how closely the body listens, how strongly stress shapes us, and how profoundly things can shift when a system is supported in the right way.
From this lived understanding, I work in conscious relationship with the innate intelligence within the body and life itself. I experience this as a sacred intelligence that supports healing and transformation.
I live in a heart-centered connection that allows more lightness, laughter, and joy. Through focused presence and intention, I help facilitate shifts that allow balance to re-emerge, staying open to what is possible and often unexpected, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
That search led me into the professional trainings that shape my work today.

These trainings inform my capacity to listen and hold space. Methods may be used when requested, but nothing is applied automatically or by default.
Today, I enjoy supporting both people and animals in a grounded, simple, and non-dramatic way. The work is gentle and profound. Simple. Ttransformative. The changes are often subtle at first, yet unmistakable. Clients describe feeling clearer, lighter, and more themselves, as if something they have carried for years quietly lets go.
My purpose is simple.
- To create the conditions where long-held patterns can soften without being pushed.
- To offer animals a calm, respectful space where their systems can respond in their own way.
- To allow clarity to emerge by meeting what’s present, rather than trying to define or fix it.
- To create a space where healing feels safe, human, and true.
- To support reconnection with what your system already knows to do.
Healing does not need to be complicated.
It simply needs the right conditions and the permission to unfold.
My role is to facilitate change by creating the conditions for coherence. I use a structured inquiry process that supports measurable shifts in how people feel and respond. Your system determines the direction and pace.
If you feel drawn to this work, I would be honored to support you.

My Healing Philosophy
Guiding principles that shape how I approach energy-healing…
My work is guided by the body’s innate intelligence and focuses on restoring coherence by addressing underlying imbalances rather than isolated symptoms.
The body has a natural capacity for healing. When balance is disrupted, the root cause is often deeper than the presenting issue. My approach centers on identifying and releasing what interferes with the body’s ability to self-regulate, reorganize, and support overall well-being.
Imbalances can arise on many levels including physical, emotional, mental, environmental, and energetic influences. They may involve stress patterns, subconscious beliefs, environmental influences, or interruptions in the body’s internal communication. Rather than working on single symptoms, this whole person approach supports the system in returning to its own natural priorities and order.
Emotional energy and subconscious belief patterns are part of this process. Every person is unique. Limiting beliefs can contribute to emotional, physical, or spiritual challenges. Without needing to analyze the story, these patterns may release or reorganize, and the system often responds with greater ease, clarity, resilience, and stability.
The body communicates through many signals beyond symptoms. These include grounding, nervous system regulation, nourishment, alignment, and the influence of our surroundings. I treat these signals as meaningful information. As interferences release, the system naturally moves toward coherence, and people commonly notice improvements in physical comfort, emotional balance, energy levels, perspective, and ease in daily life.
