Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Session time is reserved when you book and secured once payment is received. Payment is due within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if the appointment is scheduled within 24 hours.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 60% of the session fee. Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Bundle sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Once a bundle has begun, refunds are not offered. Unused sessions may be scheduled within the 3-month period.
If I am unable to provide a purchased service, a credit or pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused sessions.
